At AFIKI-DESIGN Limited, we strive to deliver high quality design services and products. We understand that occasionally, our clients may need a refund or wish to return or revise work. This policy describes your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, revisions, cancellations, and refunds.

By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms in this policy.

Interpretation: The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions:

• Client: the person or entity who engages us for design services or purchases our products.
• Deliverables: final files or physical goods produced as part of the service.
• Revision: modification or correction requested by the client to the work we have delivered.
• Acceptance: when the client confirms in writing that deliverables meet agreed requirements.

This policy applies to all:

• Design services (branding, illustration, web design, packaging, editorial design).
• Digital products or deliverables (source files, logos, templates, website assets).
• Physical products sold through our platforms (printed materials, packaging prototypes).

It does not apply where:

• Custom work is fully completed and accepted by the client.
• Services or products explicitly excluded in writing.
• Changes due to misuse, incorrect instructions, or modifications not approved by us.

We may provide a refund (full or partial) under the following conditions:

Situation	Eligibility
Work has not yet commenced (no drafts or deliverables produced)	Full refund of advance payment, minus non-refundable deposits.
Work commenced, but cancelled before final delivery	Partial refund, minus costs/efforts incurred up to cancellation.
Deliverables defective or not meeting specifications	Notify within 7 days. Corrections provided free. If not possible, partial refund offered.
Physical products damaged in transit	Notify within 3 business days with evidence. Replacement or refund provided.

Refunds will not be granted in cases such as:

• Change of mind after deliverables accepted.
• Custom design work after final approval.
• Delays caused by client (late feedback, late provision of materials).
• Failures arising from client-provided content.
• Digital files once downloaded or accepted.

• Up to 3 free revisions included per project.
• Extra revisions incur additional fees.
• Revisions must be within the original scope; major changes may be new projects.

• Client may cancel before work begins with full refund (minus deposits).
• Cancellation after work begins: charges apply for work already done.
• Physical products in progress may not be cancellable, or may incur fees.

1. Email letstalk@afiki.tz with order/project details.
2. Provide supporting documents (images, communications).
3. We reply within 2 business days, resolution in 5 business days.
4. Approved refunds processed via original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method whenever possible. Transaction/banking fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a new “Last updated” date. Clients are responsible for reviewing periodically.
